1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MayfairBNB Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website and property management services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services

MayfairBNB Ltd provides property management and short-term rental services in London, including but not limited to:

  • Property turnover cleaning and preparation.
  • Linen management and supply.
  • Key handover and guest check-in/check-out coordination.
  • Property inspections and condition reporting.
  • Serviced accommodation management.
  • Landlord and tenant liaison.
  • Compliance monitoring and certification.
  • Maintenance coordination.
  • Guest communication and support.
  • Listing management and pricing optimisation.

The specific services provided will be detailed in a separate Management Agreement executed between you and MayfairBNB Ltd.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are as set out in your Management Agreement or as displayed on our pricing page. All fees are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be specified in your Management Agreement. We reserve the right to adjust our fees with 30 days' written notice.

6. Property Owner Obligations

As a property owner engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and its condition.
  • Maintain adequate insurance coverage for your property and contents.
  • Ensure your property meets all legal requirements for rental.
  • Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect our management of your property.
  • Grant us necessary access to the property for inspections, maintenance, and guest services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of MayfairBNB Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MayfairBNB Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the Management Agreement in accordance with the termination provisions set out in that agreement. Upon termination, we will cooperate in transferring management responsibilities back to you or your nominated successor.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
